1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use define the rules for using the Partyfy app, which is designed to help adults connect and attend events together.

1.2. Using the app means you accept these terms.

1.3. The app administrator is Partyfy.

2.1. The app is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.

2.2. All users must complete an identity verification process as defined by the administrator.

2.3. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or deletion.

3.1. Users can create profiles, search for others, and coordinate to attend events.

3.2. It is strictly prohibited to post content that is illegal, vulgar, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

3.3. Partify is not responsible for the outcome of meetings or user interactions. All meetings occur at the users' own risk.

3.4. Users may post reviews, provided they are truthful and respect community standards.

4.1. The administrator is not responsible for the behavior or actions of users, or for any events organized through the app.

4.2. Users should always act with caution and adhere to safety guidelines when meeting others in person.

4.3. If the rules are violated, the administrator may suspend or remove the user's account without notice.

5.1. User data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

5.2. While Partify implements data security measures, it is not liable for data breaches caused by third parties.

6.1. The administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any updates will be communicated to users.

6.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the app are governed by Polish law.
